Transformative Mindfulness

Transformative Mindfulness (TMM) has been developed by Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw over 20 years, integrating ancient wisdom of the mind from Buddhism with a modern therapeutic approach. It is a simple and powerful, holistic approach for working with emotional and physical challenges.
TMM was developed with FPMT Universal Education, which supports programs helping people to find inner happiness, develop a clear mind and a good heart.
Ruth has taught many people, in personal and group settings, to use these methods for personal transformation. She has also taught TMM to health professionals who have successfully used these methods in their own self-care and in their client work.
