Transformative Mindfulness

Experience simple methods of meditation with expressive drawing to bring awareness and change into your life. Transformative Mindfulness (TMM) has been developed by Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw over 20 years, integrating ancient wisdom of the mind from Buddhism with a modern therapeutic approach. It is a simple and powerful, holistic approach for working with emotional and physical challenges.

TMM is recognised by FPMT Universal Education, which supports programs helping people to find inner happiness, develop a clear mind and a good heart.

Ruth offers weekly and weekend workshops where you experience TMM exercises to benefit you on the day, and for you to use at home if you wish.

A monthly TMM meditation, The Great Global Shift, brings healing to yourself and to others need.
